I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The location was perfect, not far from Gordon's Bay, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure my stay was pleasant. The room service, housekeeping, and laundry services were top-notch, making me feel truly pampered. The room amenities were impressive, with ironing facilities, a terrace, and a patio where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great convenience, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. I also appreciated the complimentary toiletries and the dryer in the bathroom, which added to the overall comfort of my stay.

If I had to mention one small downside, it would be that the pool was not as clean as I would have liked during my visit. However, the staff explained the issue and I understood that it was being resolved.

My recent stay at Ongegund Lodge was exceptional. The tranquil setting on the vineyard made for a peaceful and relaxing getaway from everyday life. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that everything was perfect for our wedding day. They even provided a private space for us to get ready, ironed my traditional skirt, and moved our belongings to a new room. The breakfast was delicious and the location was beautiful. I had a wonderful experience at Ongegund Lodge and would highly recommend it.

Lovely Stay with Great Views Enjoyed my city break, the views from the room were stunning, felt as if I was in a different world. Friendly staff made me feel comfortable during my stay. the breakfast served was delicious, freshly cooked with great attention to detail. the location was easy to reach with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops to explore.

Inconvenient Room Amenities Missed having a mini fridge in the room, especially during the hot weather. the pool could have been cleaner and more well-maintained.

The location was great, not far from Gordon's Bay for restaurants and Idiom wine estate for lunch. the room had a comfortable bed and a great view of the mountains. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was good enough.

The WiFi was terrible and not reliable at all, which was a problem for me as I needed to work online.
